A Sad Poem on Losing All My Life

I lost all my life as the sad poem soothsayer had declared that day. That day, the night was dark and the cloud roared like an angry lion. The poor moon shivered and never showed its face all night. The shadows of ghosts brought fear in heart and mind. As a hungry man I stood, holding my stomach hard. A long life was gone and there was nothing but chaos within. My sweaty forehead was a sign I had enough already and not ready to take more!

When I Met You

(The poem given below is a pure narrative of a lost heart. Love happened at first, then quarrels followed with no ends, and then lovers departed without significant thoughts. However, one of them was affected badly and more. Which one of the two would you prefer to be?)

Love is all I said

And was still glad,

Never ever be mad

At me, hold my hand:

I wish to spend

My life with you and

You wish to spend

Your life and

Rest is fine,

Let’s dine!

Love is all a myth;

You found ways, with

No heart, to depart,

Lo good hearts torn apart.

I said, please stop

But unwise you didn’t stop

My heart shattered

And my life battered.

Will I ever forget you?

Rather: I would never forgive you!

I good heart I had

A good man and a good lad

To fall in love with,

But you chose a strange ‘His.’

The moment was sad

And the mind was bad,

I should have died that day,

But god saved me that day.

That day,

Indeed, that day,

The night was dark and hollow

And vision blurred below

Fear and fear,

That day and here,

There is not difference to show,

Is this possible, but how?

The mad man they call me

But I write to you and me,

I loved you so much for sure,

A good time sure to lure,

But now I live this day,

I shout, listen you, hey,

but she is not next to me to hear,

I loved her more than my life, swear,

but no one would know of hold

and she left as though madly bold!

My heart now bleeds even more

Now that it told what it held. Sure

A deep pain will stay

and I won’t find the same way!
