The Twilight Saga: Valentine – Valentine Day Poetry – Part6

She felt overjoyed to get a pink fur teddy from him during the date evening on Teddy Day along with a handwritten note containing Valentine Day Poetry.

Keep that safe and read on reaching home,’ he said with a smile, almost a request.

What else she could have imagined or aspired for. The scene was wholly set: The restaurant was among the best ones in the town, offering a 7-course dinner and mesmerizing views of city’s skyline. Her date partner was a tall muscular man with a prominent smile. After the meal, he promised to bring her back the next day for a sumptuous signature 12-course dinner. She smiled and in return, he didn’t waste time to ask for her hand, to which she was hesitant for a moment but then agreed, her heart pounding hard.

She reached home and immediately took out the folded note of Valentine Day Poetry, which read as follows:

Day 5: Promise Day – Valentine Day Poetry

valentine day poetry

Thou shalt be engaged in Valentine Day Poetry;

Thou shalt taste all Valentine’s Day history;

When thou saith ‘a toast to good wine,’

Thou held high a ‘PROMISE’ of mine.

The greatest fears to overcome,

The wildest thoughts to endure,

So thou saith the magical word ‘loveth’

And in return, won my heart for sure!

Love and be loved…and happy Valentine Day Poetry…and the journey continues…
