We all know the importance of kidneys, which primarily remove wastes and extra fluid in the form of urine. This means essentially good health is tightly related to good kidneys. This post is a unique initiative to bridge the knowledge gap and celebrate better kidney care through happy short poems.

Most people possess two
Bean-shaped kidneys, always too
Busy like a 10–15-cm long fairy,
Deep in abdomen and on the very
Side of the spine;
They never whine:
Even when there is only one
functioning kidney, the one
will still admire its life,
A singing solo wife!
Their job is vital
To cleansing the blood and play pivotal
Role in transforming waste
Into urine, consistently without haste;
Each one has a weight of about 160 grams,
Together filtering a whooping 200 liters every 24 hours!
